'It's a struggle to find the words to convey just how grateful we are for Nina. From the moment she arrived at the hospital just hours after a traumatic birth, through the challenges of starting breastfeeding and adjusting to life as a new family, Nina took care of us all with such warmth, pragmatism, kindness, and flexibility. As expats we had no family around to help, but even family would probably have struggled to match her level of care! We've recommended her to everyone we know and will always feel lucky that she was part our lives when we needed her most.'

Nina is a real professional. She's diligent, committed and caring. She supported us through the first 8 weeks after birth, where we faced a range of feeding and sleep issues. As new parents we were struggling with a range challenges. She always listened with compassion and responded with agility and expertise. We would recommend Nina without hesitation! E & K, Oxford.

We contacted Nina while I was pregnant with our second child, for some support around our birth plan and post natal care, but mainly to anticipate any help we would need with breastfeeding. Nina was happy to meet in the evenings, which was a huge help, and talked through with us all our plans and concerns. After each meeting (pre and postnatally) she emailed us with a summary of what we had discussed and a wealth of useful resources related to our needs. She also brought some lovely books with her which she lent us - some about breastfeeding and some for our little boy about the baby’s arrival, which he really enjoyed us reading to him. In the early postnatal period she was a huge support, checking in with regular texts, and was happy for us to get in touch with any concerns, updates or good news!

With Nina’s support and advice, breastfeeding was so much easier this time round, and the early postnatal period in general felt much easier. I’m so pleased we decided to contact her It was brilliant to have those visits from Nina at home, and such tailored, in-depth support in the early stages.

Nina first came out to meet us before the birth of our first baby. We engaged her primarily for her breastfeeding expertise. She explained very clearly the theory and the mechanics of feeding, which to us as scientists was a particularly helpful approach!

Nina next saw us a few hours after the birth, when she spotted that our baby was tongue-tied and helped us to find a specialist private practitioner.

Without Nina's help over those difficult first few weeks, I would not have been able to breastfeed.

She is utterly professional and a gold mine of knowledge, but more than that, her humour, love and confidence in 'mum' flows over and we felt in safe hands, surrounded by a warm hug.
